Step 1
Download the Even Realities App.
Step 2
Fold and place G1 in the case. Make sure you fold the left temple first.
Step 3
Connect the charging cable to the case.
Charge for 5-10 seconds to complete activation.
Step 4
Wear G1 and follow the guidance provided by the Even Realities App.

The charging case contains its own internal battery.
It can function as a standalone charging station for G1.
Battery level
The indicator displays the battery level of G1 when it is in the case and switches to the case's battery level when G1 is removed.
Orange light flashing: G1 is not correctly positioned or folded.

2. Even Realities app intro
The Even Realities app is your hub for onboarding your G1 and managing everything thereafter. Use the app to activate various digital functions and customize all settings.
3. Frame fitting
The temple width and nose pad arms of G1 are adjustable to fit different faces. Please refer to the video below for guidance.
However, we do not recommend that users attempt these adjustments without professional tools. Instead, please bring your G1 to the nearby optical store and show the video to the optician. They can use their professional tools to ensure the adjustment with the best fit for you.
Most optical stores offer this service free of charge, though some may charge a small fee. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Dizziness or discomfort while wearing G1
If you experience dizziness or discomfort while wearing G1, it may be due to an incorrect prescription. Here’s a simple way to diagnose the issue and ensure your lenses are accurate:

Check prescription accuracy

Visit a nearby optical store and have the lenses of your smart glasses tested. Compare the measured prescription with the one you provided when placing your order.

Verify your current prescription

Have your eyes examined at the optical store to determine if your prescription has changed. Vision can fluctuate over time, and it’s important to ensure your glasses match your current needs.

Ensure proper frame fitting

Make sure the glasses are properly fitted to your face. Misalignment can cause discomfort and vision issues.

If you find that the prescription in G1 does not match your order, please contact our support team at support@evenrealities.com with your order number and the details from the optical store’s test. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
5. Intuitive interaction
Floating display: Virtual display around two meters in front of you.
Head up: By raising your head, you can see more information and relevant details.
Tap, press and hold on TouchBar For certain functions, simply tap or press and hold on the TouchBar at the temple tips to activate them.

6. Life-enhanced functionalities
QuickNote
Description:
Quickly capture your instant thoughts or inspirations with a voice message anytime, hands-free. Notes are organized by AI and displayed in the app and glasses.
Scenario & Benefits:
Reading a book and have a thought? Tap and hold the right temple tip and speak. G1 will summarize it into a memo for you, ensuring you never lose track of your ideas.
How to use:
Press and hold the right TouchBar and speak your thoughts(up to 30 seconds), hold the TouchBar until you finish the whole sentence then release.
With an internet connection, voice input is transmitted to the cloud-based LLM, summarized into polished notes with a title, body, and tags, and added to the dashboard on the glasses for quick viewing with a glance(this process takes just a few seconds).
When there is no internet connection, the voice input is temporarily stored on the glasses/app and automatically processed once the connection is restored.
Additionally, you can manually edit notes and adjust which important notes need to be displayed on the dashboard using the QuickNote feature in the app.
Note：Go to “Settings-Speech language”, Set the voice input language for Even AI and Quicknote. If the speech language does not match the actual language you are speaking, Even AI and Quicknote may not function properly.
Translate
Description:
Translates words in real time and displays the texts in front of you. By raising your head, you can also view the text in source language.
Scenario & Benefits:
Meeting with a foreign guest? Activate this function to see translations while maintaining engagement and polite eye contact, ensuring smooth communication.
How to use:
Click the "Translate" button in the app, choose the languages(from and to, means source language and target language).
Maintain normal eye-level to read the translated text, raising your head to see the source language if desired.
Teleprompt
Description:
A teleprompter embedded in your glasses, enabling you to read scripts for your presentations or speeches without losing sight of the audiences.
Scenario & Benefits:
During a high-stakes business meeting, you need to present detailed financial data and projections. The teleprompter allows you to refer to your notes without looking down or anywhere else, maintaining a professional and polished appearance.
How to use:
Click the "Teleprompt" button in the app
Upload, import or type your script
Choose your preferences and click "Start"
There are three modes for the teleprompt function: AI, Manual, and Automatic.
In AI mode, the script scrolls according to the speaker's actual speech, while still supporting the manual mode's page-turning operation.
In Manual mode, users can turn pages forward and backward by clicking the phone's volume buttons, or proceed to the next page by tapping the TouchBar.
In Automatic mode, the script scrolls at a constant speed.
Navigate
Description:
Get simplified navigation and view the real street at eye level while biking or walking in the city. To see an overview of the map, simply raise your head.
Scenario & Benefits:
Ideal when riding a bike or walking in the city, allowing you to navigate safely and conveniently without needing to hold a smartphone for directions.
How to use:
Click the "Navigate" button in the app
Enter your destination and click "Start"
The operation on the app is similar to Google Maps. The glasses typically display current important navigation information, and when you look up, they show an overview of the route.
Even AI
Description:
Touch the left TouchBar to ask anything, and the built-in AI assistant will respond with floating texts.
Scenario & Benefits:
See something interesting? A quick tap and hold on the left temple tip and asking your question, the floating texts will provide instant information and insights, enriching your understanding effortlessly.
How to use:
Tap the left temple TouchBar and make your request or ask your question and then release.
Note：Go to “Settings-Speech language”, Set the voice input language for Even AI and Quicknote. If the speech language does not match the actual language you are speaking, Even AI and Quicknote may not function properly.
Notification
Description:
Access to a customized dashboard of your calendar, quick notes, time, date and weather, and unread messages without needing your other smart devices.
Scenario & Benefits:
When you're in a meeting, simply raise your head to view unread messages or upcoming events, staying informed without disrupting the flow of the meeting.
How to use:
Go to " Setting - Notification” to select which app you want notifications in the glasses.
Go to "Setting - Dashboard" to organize your dashboard in the glasses.
Please enable notification permissions for both the Even Realities app and the apps from which you wish to receive notifications. This will ensure that you can receive notifications from the respective apps on your glasses.
Note: To reduce interruptions from non-mainstream email and chat apps, our glasses do not display their messages by default. When the Even app receives messages from these non-mainstream apps for the first time, they will be added to the reminder list. You will need to manually choose whether to display their messages on your glasses.
